Contact UsYes, each new member is offered a free class on us! We always suggest our Mondays Beginners Boxing Class at 6:45 PM, but for those with experience are able to try one of our Noon or PM Boxing classes out instead. If you do have experience and would like to try a noon or PM boxing class, please reach out and specify so we know where to expect you.
Boxing is a full-body workout combining cardio, strength, and technique training. We have some classes that cater to all levels, including beginners, so no prior experience is necessary.
Yes, we have our Youth Champions Boxing Programs, designed for ages 6-14. These classes focus on discipline, fitness, and technique in a safe and fun environment. We also have young competitive athletes training and fighting for the gym as well. If you have a child wishing to compete, please reach out to Coach Jeremy or Coach Miguel.
We recommend bringing your own gloves and wraps for hygiene purposes. If you’re just starting out, we have equipment available you can borrow or purchase at the gym.
Absolutely! Many of our members focus on fitness and technique without sparring. Sparring is optional and only for those who wish to participate.
